Meet Poppy, the first muse of the Lady Series — a small character charm inspired by vintage femininity and joyful imagination. She’s sweet, a little quirky, and stitched entirely by hand using repurposed vintage cotton clothing, making each one truly one of a kind.
Poppy’s name came from a TikTok comment, but her charm comes from hours of careful work — stitching tiny limbs, shaping body posture, and assembling every part by hand. The process is slow and intricate, especially for her more expressive poses, but the result is something you won’t find anywhere else.
Born from Frey’s love for textile art and storytelling, the Lady Series celebrates quiet fun, softness, and personality. Whether she’s hanging on your tote or perched on a bookshelf, Poppy is a little reminder not to take life too seriously.

Every piece at Made by Frey starts with thoughtful design. Many of our fabrics require cutting each panel one by one to make sure the prints and patterns line up just right. You won’t find generic templates or common factory patterns here — even the simplest pouch uses the best zippers and carefully chosen materials that elevate the whole piece.
Frey selects fabrics and hardware with a lot of intention. Most materials are premium — YKK zippers, designer prints, and hand-woven textiles that are beautiful but expensive. If it adds quality and feeling, we choose it.
Each item is handmade in small batches by Frey and a small group of women artisans — many of them moms — who sew with patience and care. We test, adjust, and refine designs based on real feedback, paying attention to the little things that make a piece feel warm, personal, and alive.
These are small treasures meant to be used and loved every day — pieces that bring quiet joy and thoughtful craftsmanship into daily life.

PACKAGING
PACKAGING
For fragile items, we use sturdy boxes for better protection. Other products are shipped in colorful bubble mailers — not the prettiest, but the most reliable for preventing loss or damage. Sometimes even small boxes are placed inside an extra mailer for added safety.
Our packaging focuses on protection over looks. At the moment, we don’t put too much cost into packaging, but we’ll keep improving it whenever we can.
