All orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us, even if the item is already in the making process. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests whenever possible.

· Custom or personalized items are excluded and cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be recalled or canceled under any circumstances.
