Before You Order
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Every product photo on this website is of the real item—never AI-generated or heavily edited.
I'll always do my best to make every piece as close to the photos as possible. Because many products are handmade, small variations are completely natural.
For example, if you order two Calico Hug Cat Bag Charms, they may look almost identical at first glance. But look a little closer and you'll notice the hand-embroidered expressions are never exactly the same. That's simply part of handmade work.
If you'd like extra peace of mind, I'm always happy to send you photos or a short video of your item before it ships.
Is everything really handmade?
Yes.
Every design begins in the studio and is produced in small batches using carefully selected materials. Depending on the product, the process may include sewing, embroidery, knitting, crochet, or a combination of different techniques.
Nothing is mass-produced, which is also why some designs disappear once the materials are gone.
Why isn't it cheaper?
Small-batch handmade simply costs more to make.
The fabrics, YKK zippers, solid brass hardware, and the time spent making each piece all add to the final cost.
I'd rather spend more on materials than cut corners just to make something cheaper.
Should I wait for a sale?
You certainly can—but many customers choose not to.
Most products are made in small batches, and some designs are never restocked once the fabric or materials are gone.
Whether something returns depends on customer demand and whether I can source the materials again.
If there's a piece you truly love, I'd recommend getting it while it's available.
How long will my order take?
Most handmade products ship within 0–5 business days.
Some designs take a little longer, especially during busy periods.
Standard shipping usually takes 7–15 business days after dispatch.
If anything unexpected comes up, I'll always let you know.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes—if your order hasn't shipped yet.
Just send me an email as soon as possible and I'll do my best to help.
Once an order has been shipped, I'm unfortunately unable to cancel or make changes.
Can I customize my order?
At the moment, I no longer accept custom orders.
Custom projects take considerably more time, and eventually I realized that time was better spent improving existing designs and creating new ones.
Closing custom orders allows me to focus on making the collections better for everyone.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes.
If your order is a gift, simply leave a note at checkout.
I'm also happy to handwrite a short gift message at no extra charge. Just include your message in the order notes, and I'll take care of the rest.
Can I contact you before ordering?
Absolutely.
