I’ve always had a soft spot for this black kitty fabric — my long-time followers know it disappears from stock all the time. It has that subtle dark-cute vibe I really like. This pouch is made in a practical size with a detachable wrist strap, so you can carry it by hand or add your own strap to use it as a tiny crossbody.

A lot of period pouches on the market are made very small. I personally don’t love that — once you put a few pads inside, there’s barely any space left. I’d rather have a pouch that actually fits what I need without forcing everything in. This one has enough room for pads, makeup, or other small essentials, and it still stays compact enough to carry around easily.

Frey selects fabrics and hardware with a lot of intention. Most materials are premium — YKK zippers, designer prints, and hand-woven textiles that are beautiful but expensive. If it adds quality and feeling, we choose it.

Each item is handmade in small batches by Frey and a small group of women artisans — many of them moms — who sew with patience and care. We test, adjust, and refine designs based on real feedback, paying attention to the little things that make a piece feel warm, personal, and alive.
