At Made by Frey, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure every shopping experience is delightful. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Here's how we make the process as smooth and friendly as possible:
Return and refund policy
Returns Only, No Exchanges
To keep our prices low and affordable, we currently offer returns instead of exchanges. If you need a different style or color, simply return the item and place a new order. We’re here to help you find exactly what you love!
Return Conditions
· Items must be brand new, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
· If an item shows signs of wear or use, a small restocking fee of 10%-20% may apply.
Shipping Costs for Returns
We’ll happily refund the cost of the product, but the original shipping fee is non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. However, if the return is due to a product defect or an incorrect item, we’ll cover the return shipping costs or offer compensation.
How to Request a Return
· Reach out to us at shop@madebyfrey.com to start your return process. Please include your order details.
· Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return address and instructions. Please note that returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.
Refund Process
· After we receive your return, we’ll inspect it within 3-5 business days and let you know the status.
· Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-12 business days.
· If the item doesn’t meet our return conditions, a small deduction may apply.
Special Notes
Order Cancellations
We aim to ship orders quickly, usually within 24 hours. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately. If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to wait for it to arrive and then proceed with a return.
Non-Returnable Items
· Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
· Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.
