This little pouch is made for everyday life — a soft, pretty way to carry your supplements when you go out. It’s not a stiff medical organizer with many compartments. Instead, it’s simple, cozy, and easy to bring along, so you won’t forget your vitamins or capsules. Slip it in your bag or clip it to a strap — it’s always there as a gentle reminder.

The design just got a thoughtful upgrade: on the outer right side, I sewed on a small patch of purple gingham fabric. To go with it, I found an enamel pin shaped like a purple capsule with a tiny cat. Fastened onto the patch, it matches beautifully with the pouch — a playful and charming detail that makes the piece feel personal.

The purple‑and‑green color combination is bright yet gentle — cheerful enough to catch the eye, never dull. The 100% cotton corduroy adds softness and warmth to the touch, turning something functional into a daily companion you’ll be glad to carry.

Why Made by Frey?

I think you'll find something a little different here — even if you can't quite put your finger on it at first. That's because a lot of the care goes into the parts you don't immediately see.

Many of my fabrics require cutting each panel one by one to make sure the prints and patterns line up just right. You won't find generic templates or factory patterns here — even the simplest pouch uses the best zippers and carefully chosen materials that elevate the whole piece.

I select fabrics and hardware with a lot of intention. Most materials are premium — YKK zippers, designer prints, and hand-woven textiles that are beautiful but expensive. If it adds quality and feeling, I choose it.

Each item is handmade in small batches by me and a small group of women artisans — many of them moms — who sew with patience and care. We test, adjust, and refine designs based on real feedback, paying attention to the little things that make a piece feel warm, personal, and alive.

These are small treasures meant to be used and loved every day — pieces that bring quiet joy and thoughtful craftsmanship into daily life.

Should I wait for a sale?

Honestly, I wouldn't.

I rarely run big holiday sales or deep discounts. Handmade work and good materials already cost a lot, so I price my pieces as fairly as I can all year round.

I also work with many limited fabrics. Once I use up a fabric, I may never be able to find it again, which means some designs won't be restocked.

If you've found something you love, I'd recommend getting it while it's’s still available.

Should I add Shipping Protection?

Shipping Protection is an optional service provided by our third-party partner, Seel (Worry-Free Purchase). It helps protect your order in case of eligible loss, damage, or theft during transit.

If your protected order is eligible for a claim, simply submit a claim through Seel's claim portal. You'll be asked to log in and provide your preferred payout method. Once your claim is approved, Seel will issue the reimbursement directly to you.

If you run into any issues during the claim process, I'm always happy to help contact Seel's support team and follow up with you. I've personally helped customers through the process, and claims have been successfully resolved.

For higher-value orders, I highly recommend adding Shipping Protection at checkout. Lost or stolen packages are uncommon, but they can happen. If the unexpected does occur, Shipping Protection makes the claims process much easier and provides extra peace of mind for both of us.

Please note: Shipping Protection is optional and must be selected during checkout. If it isn't added before your order is placed, it can't be added afterward or applied retroactively.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time

Usually ship within 0–3 business days.
During high demand, processing may take 5–8 business days.

· Heavy handmade items (intensive handcraft):
If in stock, they will also ship within 0–3 business days.
When order volume is high and additional production is needed, please allow 7–10 business days for processing.

· Special cases:
In rare situations such as fabric shortage or technical adjustments, we will notify you by email immediately.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the handmade nature of our products and international shipping. If you have questions before ordering, please contact us — we can share photos or a pre-shipment video. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we'll assist with the carrier investigation.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes — as long as your order hasn't shipped.

If you need to change your shipping address, update your order, or cancel it, please email me as soon as possible at shop@madebyfrey.com. I'll do my best to help before your order is dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, I'm unfortunately unable to accept cancellations, changes, or refunds. This includes changes to the shipping address, order contents, or shipping method.

Can I customize my order?

Custom orders are currently closed. I'd love to offer this again in the future, but for now I need to focus on what's already in the shop. If you have a question about a specific product, feel free to email shop@madebyfrey.com

Will my item look exactly like the photos?

Every photo on my website is of the real product—I don't use AI-generated images or heavily edited renders.

I always try to photograph each piece as accurately as possible, though lighting and different screens may cause slight differences in color.

Not every handmade item varies in the same way. Pieces made primarily by machine sewing—such as fabric pouches and bags—will look very close to the photos.

However, items with hand-stitched details, such as embroidered faces or expressions, are never completely identical. We carefully sew each one by hand, so while the overall look stays true to the design, every piece has its own subtle personality.

Can you gift wrap my order?

Yes. Just leave a note at checkout if your order is a gift.

I'm always happy to include a handwritten message at no extra charge. Simply add your note at checkout, and I'll make sure it's tucked into the package with care.

Why are so many of your designs about cats?

Haha — of course I love them. But it's more than that: cats remind me to stay true to myself, to rest when needed, and to move with quiet confidence. I also love other animals, but making cat pouches and charms captivates me — I want to be the best at it in the world.

Do you make everything yourself?

The shop has grown, and so has the team. I'm still hands-on with every step — design, fabric selection, and quality control — and I work with a small, dedicated team: two sewists, three hand-stitchers, and one crocheter/knitter — and growing.

Can I see my item before it ships?

Yes! Since all sales are final, I want you to feel completely confident before your order is on its way. Just leave a note at checkout or email shop@madebyfrey.com and I'll send you photos or a short video of your item before it ships.

Really pleased with the products. They’re very cute and, to my untrained eye, well-made and holds up nicely. I’ve been using my bag and charm since they were received and haven’t had any issues. For transparency, the delivery service leaves much to be desired. I receive tons of shipments, and I’ve never seen a package so horribly battered. I don’t expect perfection, but this was a little extreme. It’s a good thing it didn’t affect the product since nothing fragile was shipped, but the courier isn’t a company I’d want delivering my stuff if I had a choice. I wouldn’t mind making more purchases in the future if anything more caught my eye, but keep in mind the delivery service quality is quite dodgy (though I imagine individual experiences will differ). But otherwise, very cute stuff for reasonable prices.
